High Calcium Quicklime
The production of high calcium quicklime begins with the selective mining of chemically suitable calcium carbonate typically containing less than 5% magnesium carbonate. Throughout the manufacturing process, we carefully monitor the process to minimize impurities and produce a high calcium quicklime that is highly reactive and has the required particle surface area.
High Calcium Hydrated Lime
High calcium hydrated lime in powdered form typically has at least 75% calcium oxide and 25% water. High calcium hydrated lime easily forms as a suspension or slurry and is then often pumped to multiple process locations within industrial plants. The resulting solution is strongly alkaline, having a pH of around 12.4.

Aggs-Graded All Passing (GAP's)
Thermally Rated Chip - Our thermally rated chip has been tested to meet relevant standards as a high voltage cable bedding material.
Stemming Stone - Graymont can supply crushed stone suitable for stemming purposes from our range of aggregates manufactured at our various sites. Please enquire with the sales team to establish product suitability and availability.
Selected Fill – Certain grades of fill are available at times when stripping activities are underway. Please enquire as to availability and type.
Landscaping Stone
Size Ranges Available:
- Landscaping stone: 5-12mm, 6-15mm, 15-25mm, 25-50mm
- Paving and Walling Stone: 50-200mm, 200-500mm, 500mm+

Chemical Stone
Graymont (NZ) Limited actively manages the manufacture of its products under a Quality Management System certified to the ISO9001:2015 standard.
High Grade Limestone
High grade limestone is manufactured for various applications to rigid standards. Both chemical and physical parameters are measured and monitored on a daily basis. Product sizes do vary between our sites.
Roadbase-Subbase
Products are configured to promote compaction and resist distortion when placed by a qualified roading contractor.
Type 2.1, 2.3 and 2.5 Dry (Or pugged) Roadbase material is used predominately as a base material in road and pavement construction, and due to the crushing process and attention to specifications it is known for its excellent physical characteristics and workability.
