I commenced at Graymont as a Quality Assurance Engineer. This experience not only deepened my expertise in quality systems but also strengthened my ability to build high-performing teams and drive operational success. Two years later, as Environmental Engineer, I continued to achieve by applying the Graymont shared values including acting with integrity taking a long-term perspective to decision making and respecting and fostering strong relationships with local communities. Later as Process Engineer I solved complex problems, optimized processes and drove efficiency through teamwork and innovation. I developed my leadership skills and served as Plant Superintendent before being promoted to Plant Manager, and have since progressed to become Operational Excellence Systems Manager, working from our Brossard, Quebec, Canada office.

One of my proudest achievements in my 20+ year career at Graymont was my contribution to the Heritage Project in Quebec. From project inception I was privileged to play a key role in bringing this community development to fruition and seeing the positive operational and asset utilization benefits this also provided to Graymont. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my children. In the summer, I enjoy gardening, hiking with my husband and having friends over for barbeques on our terrace. In the winter, we spend our time ice skating on our pond. I also enjoy singing and playing the piano.
