Little, Ph. D., P.E. from Texas A&amp;M University to provide presentations on Lime in Asphalt and Lime in Soil Stabilization. The topics were timely and of great interest to the 140 professionals who attended. Dr. Little, one of the foremost distinguished industry experts on these subjects, spoke on the scientific and technical aspects of using lime in these two applications, why it is a technique of choice in many situations, and determining appropriate specifications for individual projects.
