Superior, August 7, 2009 – Graymont's Superior Plant in Wisconsin hosted their first Open House for the public and for the families of Graymont employees.  Invited guests included the Mayor, City Councilors, and local business owners.

The turnout was good with over 200 people in attendance.  Visitors learned about Graymont, went on tours of the facility, and were treated to some great food.  Phil Marquis, Superior Plant Manager, expressed his gratitude to all the Superior plant employees who contributed their time and talent to make this event a huge success, and said it was a wonderful opportunity to meet our neighbors and give the community a chance to see who we are and what we do.

Graymont takes a long term view of its business and the lime industry and is looking forward to continuing its work in Superior and in so doing, improving our environment, contributing to the community as a good neighbor and adding value as a responsible business partner.
