Boucherville, April 24, 2007 - Graymont Western Canada's Pavilion Plant received a "Certificate of Achievement" award at the 45th Annual Mine Safety Awards held in Victoria, BC. This award is presented annually by the Ministry of Energy and Mines, to mines and quarries with an injury frequency rate of zero. Graymont is proud of and congratulates the employees of the Pavilion Plant for achieving this safety milestone for the year of 2006. Graymont would like to thank Al Lucas and his team for their commitment to safety, because at Graymont, safety does come first.
