Detailed Description:

Graymont is one of the leading suppliers of lime in the northeastern United States. Graymont currently operates three plants in Central Pennsylvania; however, all of these plants will be consolidated at Pleasant Gap where a major expansion project is underway.

Graymont's expansion project currently underway includes a 1,200 ton per day rotary lime kiln designated as Kiln #6, which is shown here. A new hydrating plant is included as part of this facility.

A second rotary lime kiln, designated as Kiln #7, is currently under construction. The new kiln will produce 1,050 tons of quicklime per day and will include a highly efficient emissions scrubbing system along with power generation from a waste heat recovery system (see photos of construction progress below).

We provide bulk product storage capacity and a multi-mode shipping capability that assures when Graymont customers place an order, it will be quickly shipped by rail or truck.
